Believe it or not, there are a few restaurants in Hatch town!! Our favorite place is called The Adobe Cafe! They serve everything but have the BEST Mexican food ever!! My mouth is watering just thinking about it! I love this picture of me and Aubrey! She just turned 16 but looks like she could be mine! Well, maybe my little sister! ha ha
